When will we receive pricing?

Once your itinerary is finalized and your travel dates are selected. Hotels, guides and site access are priced for specific dates, so we wait until those are set to give you an accurate quote.
Is airfare included?

International airfare is never included.
Which cancellation policy applies?

Private departures to Israel follow our Israel Cancellation & Refund Policy for Luxury & Private Trips. Our Participant Terms & Conditions apply to every trip. You’ll review and e-sign the policies for your trip when you register.
How does AskEzra work?

Every traveler receives a 12-month AskEzra subscription. It activates on your departure day, and the email you registered with is your sign-in.
Can a church or ministry travel this way?

Can accommodations be made for mobility issues?

It’s best to contact our team to discuss any mobility concerns. We’ll give you a thorough walkthrough of which accommodations can and cannot be made on your trip.
