When you contact us, register for a trip or complete our Participant Information Form, we collect the information you give us. Depending on your trip, this can include your name, email address, phone number and mailing address; passport details and date of birth; emergency contact details; room and travel preferences; and any dietary, health or mobility information you choose to share so we can plan for your needs.

Registration and payments are handled through our Travel Portal, provided by WeTravel. Card and bank payments are processed by WeTravel under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use your information only to plan and operate your trip and to communicate with you about it: confirming your registration, arranging hotels and services, sending trip documents and packing lists, and answering your questions.

We also send occasional emails about Biblical Expeditions trips. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared only as needed to plan and deliver your trip:

• Members of the Biblical Expeditions team who are planning or supporting your trip.

• Our in-country travel agents, who provide the details hotels need to confirm your reservations.

• WeTravel, our Travel Portal provider, to process your registration and payments.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Our website is hosted on Wix. Like most websites, it may use cookies for basic site functions and to understand how visitors use the site. Information you send through a form on this site comes to our team so we can respond to you.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for your trip, our records and our legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@biblical-expeditions.com. Travelers under 18 are registered by a parent or guardian, who can make these requests on their behalf.
