FOR PASTORS & CHURCH LEADERS
Bring your church to the lands of the Bible.
Custom expeditions to the lands of the Bible: Israel, Greece, Turkey and Italy. Designed around your discipleship goals, led by world-class biblical scholars, and fully managed by our team.
BE PRESENT WITH YOUR PEOPLE. WE HANDLE THE DETAILS.

WHAT IS MISSING FROM MOST CHURCH TRIPS
The trip your church chooses is the difference between your people seeing the Bible and understanding it.
The external
Most church trips deliver what tourism offers — photographs, buses, a checked-box itinerary. Six months later, the depth has faded.
The internal
You have felt the gap between what your church hears and how your church lives. The trip you have considered for years should narrow that gap.
The invitation
The world of the Bible was never the inheritance of specialists. Depth belongs to the whole Church. Your congregation is invited into it.
TRIP STYLES
Shape your church’s expedition.
Every style carries the same scholars, the same access and the same discipleship focus — designed around the people you’re bringing.

Large Church Group
Our core expedition — scholar-led and built around your church’s discipleship goals. Your pastor can host, or simply come along.

Small Group
For a Bible study, life group or families traveling together.

Leadership & Staff
Formation and rest for your elders, staff, board or key donors.

Luxury
Luxury-level hotels, private access and elevated service.

Cruise
Follow Paul’s journeys by sea through Greece and Turkey.

Adventure Hikes & Treks
Walk the land itself — for active groups who want to cover ground on foot.
FOR PASTORS
Familiarization Trip
For pastors and ministry leaders: experience an expedition yourself, at a discounted price, before you host one. We offer a couple each year.
Denominations, networks & seminaries: ask about multi-year, multi-cohort partnerships.
Individuals, couples & families: see Private Expeditions.

PASTORS REFLECT
From the churches we serve.
“Months after returning home, our church was still talking about what we had learned. People weren’t just remembering places, we were reading Scripture differently. That’s the difference Biblical Expeditions made.”
Pastor Joel Delph
Mount Pleasant Campus Pastor
Seacoast Church
Charleston, SC
“Traveling together through biblical places created meaningful opportunities for people to deepen their faith, strengthen relationships, and encounter God in fresh ways.”
Pastor Randy Bezet
Founding Pastor
Bayside Community Church
Bradenton, FL
“If you’re looking for more than a tour — if you’re looking for discipleship in the lands of the Bible, Biblical Expeditions is the one.”
Pastor Gladys Seahorn

QUESTIONS PASTORS ASK
Frequently asked questions
Anything we haven’t covered, we’re glad to talk through on a discovery call.
When will we receive pricing?
Once your itinerary is finalized and your travel dates are selected. Hotels, guides and site access are priced for specific dates, so we wait until those are set to give you an accurate quote.
Are there benefits for the host pastor?
Host benefits are optional, and we discuss them individually with each host. We’ll talk through them with you on your discovery call.
Can we see a sample itinerary?
We build every itinerary around your church, so we share sample itineraries after our discovery call, once we understand your goals.
How far ahead should we plan?
It depends on your destination and season. We’ll recommend a timeline on your discovery call that gives your church time to promote and your travelers time to use payment plans.
Do you promote the trip for us?
Your church invites its own people. Our team builds your trip page on the Biblical Expeditions website, where it’s open to the public and easy to share. If you’d like, we can also create promotional materials and social media graphics for your church, and we’ll feature your trip on our social media and in our emails to travelers.
Is airfare included?
Trip prices never include international airfare. Some trips include a domestic flight, such as Athens to Thessaloniki in Greece; when they do, it’s listed in your trip’s inclusions.
Who handles registration and payments?
We do. Travelers register and pay through our secure travel portal, with payment plans available. Your church office doesn’t collect money or forms.
Is it safe? What if plans have to change?
Our founder has led groups through calm seasons and complicated ones for nearly three decades. Because we work across multiple lands, your journey can be redesigned across the corridor without losing its discipleship outcomes. If a departure must be postponed, we’ll work with your leadership on a clear path forward under our Terms & Conditions.
