Studying The Bible In Context - An Introduction to Windows Into The Bible

WITBU LOGOds.png

Do you ever feel confused or frustrated when you read the Bible? Like you're lost in a foreign country, wandering around without a guide. Learning to read the Bible consists of knowing the Bible as well as biblical backgrounds. Understanding the backgrounds of the Bible alleviates the confusion and frustration of reading and studying the Bible. Join Marc Turnage for a live course that introduces you to the geographic, historical, cultural, and spiritual contexts of the Bible--the Windows Into the Bible. Each class offers a guided case study into how we should use these backgrounds to help us read the Bible to understand what it meant, which helps us to understand what it means for us today.

On Demand Playback will be available to anyone who cannot attend classes live.
