Q: Do I need all of my personal and travel information when I initially register?
A: No. There is some information that is need when you initially register. However pages with things like Passport Info, Insurance Uploads, and Emergency Contact information can be skipped during initial registration and returned to at any time for competition.
Q: How Much will I have to pay when registering?
A: Trip costs and payment plans vary. Most trips offer the opportunity to pay a deposit to secure a space on the tour and then 2-3 "deadlines" for additional payments. You will see these payment plan options while registering and also on the trip information page of the website.
Q: What does land only mean?
A: Land only cost include only items related to costs when you are on the ground at your destination. In-short, to does NOT include airfare.
Q: What is a single room and why is it more expensive?
A: Single rooms are for people traveling on their own who prefer not to have a roomate. The cost is more expensive because our trip costs with hotel accomodations are calculated based on double occupancy in every room. Single occupancy is a bit more expensive and therefore is a slight upcharge.
Q: I am having trouble with the registration interface. What do I do?
A: If you are on a PC/Mac, try using a different browser. (Example, if you are using safari try using Google Chrome). If you are on a mobile device (iphone, ipad, android device) you may find a more seamless experience on a desktop or laptop computer.
Q: I need to change my payment information before my next payment. How do I do that?
A: This one is a bit more tricky, but you can do it!
1. Log into your account
2. From your dashboard click the status bar for the traveller whom you wish to update payment info.
3. Select the checkout page from the list
4. On the checkout page, you will see a blue button that offers you to pay your next payment. Click this button.
5. After clicking the button you will see an option to enter a new payment method.
